Why does Lootzi give me cash back for my purchases?
To be honest, we both benefit. Lootzi has partnered with many stores and also gets a commission for referring shoppers. If you make a purchase at one of these stores after linking through Lootzi, they pay us and then we pay you. We are constantly working with stores to get the best cash back percentages for the Lootzi community.
Does Lootzi sell anything?
Lootzi does not sell anything. Lootzi is a shopping portal that when used, earns you cash back on your online purchases.

What is cash back shopping and how does it work?
Cash back shopping is as simple as starting your shopping at Lootzi. We send you to the store, they thank us with a commission, and we thank you by sharing it!

How do I know I will receive cash back?
After you find the store or offer you are interested in on Lootzi, clicking it will send you to the store page to make a purchase. When leaving Lootzi and going to your selected store, you will see a "Ready to save!" message box. In this box you will see the store you are going to and the amount of cash back you will receive. Click the "terms and conditions" tab to see if there are restrictions for earning cash back.
Clicking "Go to store" will open that store in a new browser tab. Go shopping!
If you make a purchase, you can leave a note which will be linked to that store visit. Check "Store visits" in "My Lootzi" for a list of all the stores you have visited while shopping through Lootzi. Your most recent store visits will be at the top of this page.
After the store reports the purchase to Lootzi, you will then see that purchase under "Reported purchases". Your purchase will not appear here until the store has notified us of your purchase. Some stores may report the next day, while others may take as long as 3 weeks. Please contact customer service if it has been longer than 3 weeks.
Will I always get cash back through Lootzi?
Cash Back is accurately reported over 97% of the time. However, there are things you can do while shopping that interfere with cash back.
Here are our guidelines to ensure best results:
- Follow the store's terms and conditions for cash back.
- Only use coupon codes provided by Lootzi. Coupon codes from an outside source can void cash back.
- Do NOT turn off cookies.
- Stay focused while shopping. Interrupting your shopping session by closing the window, performing searches on other sites, clicking pop-ups, and visiting your social networking home page are examples of things to avoid while shopping.
When can I collect my Lootzi cash back?
Once a purchase has been reported, a store typically has 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. Stores may take longer or shorter depending on their individual policies. When the waiting period is over, you will see the cash back move from "Pending" to "Available". Once your balance reaches $5.00 or more, you can "cash out".
How Do I get Paid?
Purchases must first go from "Reported" to "Available" status. Once you have a balance of $5.00 or more of available cash back, you can request payment! You can choose to be paid through PayPal™ or by check.
Referral program payments are made by check only. You must provide your name and address to request payment.
Requested payments are usually processed within a day or two of the request. On rare occasions, payments can take up to 7 days. Checks are mailed via USPS.

Who is eligible for the Lootzi referral program?
Any Lootzi member that wants to invite a friend! All you need to do is use one of our provided methods of inviting your friends!

How do you link referrals to my account?
Using one of our supplied methods is the only way that we can track a new user as your referral.
What do I earn from my referrals?
You will earn a 25% "finders fee" on the cash back earned by the sum of all your referrals. This means that if your referrals earn $100 in cash back, you will get $25! This will be for a period of one year from the day they sign up. Lootzi retains the right to change the referral rate at any time.
A maximum of $575.00 can be requested from our referral program during a calendar year. Overages can be pushed into the next year to be claimed later, but no more than $575.00 can be requested during any calendar year.
